Thx the only way to have an off centered peak with the same slope on both sides is to have one eave higher than the other.
You also need to adjust the roof height to match the other roof.

The insulation thickness must be at least as thick as the vertical slope else you will receive a warning.
On the properties palette specify a value for offset from roof base or plate offset from base.
By default walls may be constrained to floor levels or reference planes but not to ceilings.
The only work around i was able to come up with was draw two different roofs but i m wondering if there s anything i m just missing in the roof edit properties.
You can move the roof from elevation view or change the offset value.
After creating a roof you can adjust the height of the eaves.
By default the whole roof will be sloped.
While in sketch mode select a slope defining boundary line.
Double click the roof or select the roof and click modify roofs tab mode panel edit footprint or edit profile.
Do the same for the other side copying doesn t work for some reason try it if you like and you ll see if it does work then revit likes you better than it likes me.
The downside about this method is you can t join the roof to another roof.
You can drag any point in your roof and adjust the roof shape as you want.
