It may be helpful to wet the concrete which helps to soften and loosen it from the siding.

In addition to aluminum this process can be used for galvanized metals block brick and metal building panels. Then scrape off the concrete gently with a putty knife. Chip away small chunks of concrete from your siding with a putty knife. Any splatter can then be removed with a water hose making the cleanup extremely easy.

Applying a concrete dissolver is one tactic used to soften old mortar on masonry tools equipment and vehicles. Step 3 keep the wand horizontal or angled downward. If water alone doesn t work try using a spray bottle full of water with a few drops of dish soap to wet the concrete.
